Hit my nose accidentally - 9 years after rhinoplasty!

This happens more than you might think. In 37 years I have never had a case where someone hit their nose after rhinoplasty and did any damage. It would be obvious but not a bad idea to get checked out anyway

X-rays and CAT scans are completely unnecessary for diagnosing a nasal fracture. If there is no change in the appearance of your nose, there would be no intervention and nothing to do. I hope this helps and I hope you recover completely! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Usually injuries to the nose do not cause visual changes unless they saw bones are fractured.
Of course, each situation is unique.
Your best option is to follow up and check in with your provider.
For those who do break nasal bones, usually this will be followed by bruising around the eyes and sometimes a visual deviation of the nose.
Often people hearing a crack.
There isn’t all that much we can do without more information.
