i had a rhinoplasty 9 yrs ago. i accidentally hit my nose so hard against the wall, immediate pain/blood. i ran downstairs to get an ice pack. iced my nose ASAP. when i hit my nose i don't believe i heard any crunch noises of any sort. just immediate pain, then blood. the blood did not last very long. i honestly didn't see any swelling or bruising or any visible bumps. i'm going to call my doc first thing tomorrow for an eval. is there a chance everything will be ok & i didn't damage my newnose?

As far as I can see from your photos after 6 months, bumps that do not go away are permanent and for your breathing problem, I recommend you to see your surgeon first, you may need to have a second operation.
