As far as I can see from your photos after 6 months, bumps that do not go away are permanent and for your breathing problem, I recommend you to see your surgeon first, you may need to have a second operation.
It would be better face to face consultation.

With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

It is very difficult to visualize and evaluate your problems based on these photos. It would be in your best interest to discuss these issues with your surgeon now when your post-rhinoplasty result has matured. Second opinion consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon expert in rhinoplasty is also an option. Good luck.
