Hello, Perfect symmetry is hard to achieve. I do not think this is a botched rhinoplasty but speak to your surgeon to discuss different options that can fix this difference.

During rhinoplasty surgery, if the root of somebody's nose needs to be raised, this may be done with either cartilage or gore-Tex. Raising the root of the nose can also be accomplished with injectable fillers. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
