Potential issues post rhinoplasty (Photo)

Question

Hi Everyone , I had a septorhinoplasty 15 months ago to repair my broken nose from sport. The surgery seems to have gone okay and the surgeon hasn't expressed any concerns but I do notice a few things. My left side nostril has what feels like a hard bump / cartilage whilst my right doesn't and the right side collapses inwards when breathing in hard. My nose also seems to be fatter than before the surgery which i'm worried is scar tissue that had formed. Any thoughts appreciated !

As far as I can see from your photos after 6 months, bumps that do not go away are permanent and for your breathing problem, I recommend you to see your surgeon first, you may need to have a second operation.
It would be better face to face consultation.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision to help deproject and refine your tip. Your tip appears over projected.. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Based on your photos, you don't have a terrible result. If you can live with what you have, that is always the best advice. It is very difficult to visualize and evaluate your problems based on these photos. It would be in your best interest to discuss these issues with your surgeon now when your post-rhinoplasty result has matured. Second opinion consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon expert in rhinoplasty is also an option. Good luck.
