I broke my nose when I was 15, never realized anything happened, nor went out to seek help. My whole nose apparently shifted in a slanted way (only slightly), including the septum. I was wondering if it could be re-broken and pushed back into place with no cosmetic changes other than restoring the structure, even after the bones have fused. My ENT said it's fixable.

Answer: Please consider meeting with a reputable rhinoplasty specialist.
Hello,
Perfect symmetry is hard to achieve. I do not think this is a botched rhinoplasty but speak to your surgeon to discuss different options that can fix this difference.
During rhinoplasty surgery, if the root of somebody's nose needs to be raised, this may be done with either cartilage or gore-Tex. Raising the root of the nose can also be accomplished with injectable fillers. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Dental work could likely be performed sooner, however, one month should be adequate time where you will be able to keep your mouth open for a long time without discomfort. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
