Hello, I recently received Dysport around my eyes and crows feet. As you can see from my pics one side of my face is great when smiling but the other has this weird ledge under my eye. The doc put 3 shots per side of eye, one at the corner, one a little lower and the third inbetween the middle and corner of the eye, which I think if fairly routine? Is there anything I can do to get rid of that ledge that happens when I smile? Fillers or maybe botox in upper cheek (??) Thanks for your time :)

Dysport cannot be causing this complaint as this is such a small amount. I suggest speaking to your physician if you are worried about the filler injections. Best, Dr. Emer.
Sorry to hear about your Dysport experience. You may have had part of your smile muscles affected. This would be something that should wear off in a few months. I would make sure that if you were to try this again that the you visit with a well trained and experienced injector...
