The muscle that supports the cheek in this area has been relaxed.  It helps the crows feet area but it causes unwanted bunching at the top of the cheek.  The solution is to not treat so low on the cheek next time.  The service will wear off but it will take time.  Hang in there.

I do not believe you can do much other than time and waiting till the effect starts to fade.The problem is that the disport requires more volume per injection and that requires an expert injector. The lower portion of your orbicularis muscle is affected by the disport, which causes the wrinkle due to the action of the upper part of the orbicularis muscle. Give it some time, trying to correct would result in worse situation.Both Botox and Dysport are very good drugs. The important part is choosing the right DOCTOR to inject.
