Will undereyes return to normal when dysport wears off? I hate it! (photos)

Question

I had 20 units either side of dysport injected into my crows feet and units either side into bunny lines (which I'm pretty sure I didn't really have). I hate it. It's caused huge wrinkling and puffiness under my eyes. Will this resolve when it wear off? It's awful

There should not be any permanent side effects from dysport injections.  I am sorry to learn that you're disappointed with your outcome.  It is situations such as yours which must be kept in mind when considering the possible use of long acting botulinum toxins which will likely be on the market sometime within the next couple of years.

Normally, the appearance will return back to normal after Dysport wears off.  The time it takes to wear off can vary, but it is usually a few months.

The good news is, Dysport lasts only 3-4 months.  A lot of times, the undesired results of your injections will resolve quicker than expected.  You should not have any permanent results.  Hope this helps.

In cases like this I'm happy when Dysport results only last a few months. With all current neuromodulators on the market, results last 3-4 months so there is nothing permanent. You eyes will return to baseline in a few months. "This
