Hello, Thanks for your question. First of all, in my opinion, 800cc will eventually "pass the check" in the future because of the weight your adding to your breasts. This may eventually cause posture problems, as well as back problems and even lacerations caused by your bra. Very big breasts eventually turn into very big problems. That said, if you're looking for a fake view then the pocket position must be thought thoroughly after a personal consultation. Over the muscle implant positioning gives more that fake look (where you have a much more pronounced breast cleavage and upper breast pole). Another thing I would encourage you to reconsider is not getting Saline Implants. Silicone breast implants are extremely safe nowadays, and you may want a "fake look" but not a "fake touch", so (again in my opinion) silicone implants feel much more like breast tissue than saline implants.Things I would recommend you:- Don't think about how many CCs, but about what look do you want. 800 cc can be not such a big augmentation on a 5'11'' patient and look absurd in someone your stature. - Bring this photograph to your surgeon. Tell him this is something like the look you want. We never try to imitate the breasts in the picture, but it helps us understand what the patient considers an aesthetic volume/shape/outcome.- Make sure you understand what it would mean LIVING with 800cc on each side from now on. Something I tell my patients that want dramatic volume increases is to fill up a balloon with a 50cc syringe and water until you make sure you put in the volume you desire. Put one ballon inside a sports bra on each breast. Forget about the shape, just focus on the weight. Leave it on for 5-10 hours. Is it a little heavy? Imagine you'll have to live with that.- Ask someone that has gotten a similar volume than the one you want. I have a patient that had 650cc a couple of months ago. She has offer to talk to any of my patients about her procedure, so I can put you in contact with her.Hope this answers your doubts. If not, feel free to contact me. Take care and good luck on your journey, Dr. Fernandez Goico
