I'm concerned about my uneven ribs & bone in center of breast. I'm 32A wanting a C. What would you recommend for me? (photo)

I've never asked a dr about my ribs before but if they are eneven would that be a problem getting implants also there is a bone that is visible in between breast (May be rib bone). My left is bigger then right.

Your current implants are large, especially for your frame.  I would suggest listening to your plastic surgeon about what size is best for you.  Hopefully you will do well with the size you have, but your tissue may not support a larger, heavier implant. Remember, you are not Christy Mack.

Thank you for your question. Thank you for adding pictures. It does help.It is difficult to tell if this is a true double bubble or simply an animation crease when you flex your pectoralis  muscle. It is mostly noticeable when you raise your arms.  The flex picture doesn't count...

Hi,Overall I hope you like the "new you."  Yes things will soften, drop and change in shape over time.  Most of all, swelling will resolve and volume will decrease. One study with MRI's of the breasts showed these changes occur up to 6 months.  Great answer below......
