Can Sculptra be used just to promote collagen production?

I would not recommend using Sculptra as a preventive measure against aging.  The treatment is more suited for people who have existing loss of volume on the face rather than for people in their 20's who are trying to prevent aging.  

Although you are very young, it is not up unusual to see volume loss in your age group in fit and thin individuals. Sculptra is a great, but not the only way to address aging prevention.
