Question

I had a forehead augmentation to get rid of my masculine looking forehead but it is still not round enough it's very flat. could I use fillers such as Sculptra after the procedure I already had?

I like HA fillers to the forehead more than sculptra because you see a more immediate improvement.  Fat can be used as well.  Sculptra can be used but takes a number of treatments to begin seeing results and causes swelling.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The quick answer is yes.  Sculptra can be used for this purpose but make sure the surgeon knows how to inject..more importantly WHERE to inject it and how deep to place the product.  You may need multiple injections.   Hope this helps. Dr Vasisht

I have avoided Sculptra in this area. There is more nodularity in this area from Sculptra because of the excessive muscle movement. A preferred choice in an HA filler. I use cannulas for safety because there is a higher risk of vascular occlusion in this area. HA filler is also reversible, important if you are concerned about the results.

I avoid Sculptra in the forehead.  Filler is a better choice and my favorite would be Volift but it is not available in the US.  Other options would be Restylane, Juvederm or Belotero.

Hi Samantha, yes you can use Sculptra for this purpose, I would start with 1 vial based on your pictures and wait 6 weeks and see if you want to do more.
