I like HA fillers to the forehead more than sculptra because you see a more immediate improvement.  Fat can be used as well.  Sculptra can be used but takes a number of treatments to begin seeing results and causes swelling.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The quick answer is yes.  Sculptra can be used for this purpose but make sure the surgeon knows how to inject..more importantly WHERE to inject it and how deep to place the product.  You may need multiple injections.   Hope this helps. Dr Vasisht

I have avoided Sculptra in this area. There is more nodularity in this area from Sculptra because of the excessive muscle movement. A preferred choice in an HA filler. I use cannulas for safety because there is a higher risk of vascular occlusion in this area. HA filler is also reversible, important if you are concerned about the results.
