I had 4 Exilis treatments done on my neck and lower face, last treatment was completed April 14 no improvement, can I use Sculptra after using Exilis? Exilis didn't work does that mean that Sculptra may not? Would Scupltra do anything for me at this point? I am 50 some laxity in neck area and cheeks look like they have moved downward causing slight jowling. Perlane on my marionette lines caused a pucker on each side of my mouth feels like PS office put dots causing puff. No face lift wanted

All of our faces have asymmetries or differences between the two sides. Often patients do not begin to study their face until after a treatment. I would encourage you to go back and discuss your concerns with your injector. It may be that you simply need more on the one side.
I haven't ever injected 16 vials of Sculptra in a patient, so the amount seems excessive to me. It is not uncommon to require 6-8 vials in a patient who is in their 60's or 70's over a 2-4 month period. At age 45, you should be seeing some results with 5 vials, but I would recommend giving i...
