I just had gynecomastia surgery and I'm about in the middle of 3-4 weeks post op..I'm currently wearing the compression garment and plan to wear it for 2-3 more weeks. There still swelling but I know the healing process takes some months..I feel great but not 100% yet..I started riding my bike and have had no problems with it but I know with push ups you have to use the chest so that's why I ask if I can do push ups or when I can because I don't wanna mess anything up
