Nothing can resist or is immune to the rules of Physics and Nature. The larger/heavier a structure is the greater will be its gravitational pull. As the old saying goes - everything must come down. We see it all around us; the large full breasts of yesteryear become the sagging breasts of today. It is for this very reason that surgeons and their patients must discuss not only the desired appearance of the fat grafted butt but also the gravitational consequences of adding weight to a structure which will be pulled down with time. The key is moderation and making sure your surgeon understands what you like and dislike and tells you what is reasonable or not.
