Based on this single view photo, you can have significant increase in size. A side view photo would've helped to determine your current posterior projection. You have a lot of fat on your back, waist and hips including the lower posterior back or lumbar area. Your arms are a good source of extra fat as is your abdomen which view you did not post. Part of a successful BBL is also sculpting the surrounding anatomical areas to define the buttock shape and dimension in 3D. If you happy with your surgeon, discuss this further procedure with him/her. Otherwise, seek a second opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation. Good luck.

I would recommend waiting six months between surgeries, but remember that all depends on your health and lab tests.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l suggest you make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

I think that additional volume gained by a secondary BBL will be minimal when compared to what volume you already have. You have no fat on your legs; You upper and middle back will provide at most 1 L of liposuction volume of which only 400cc will be available for fat grafting; this means 200cc per cheek which will not make that much of difference. Maybe you can consider a buttocks implant.
