My hair has been thinning since my mid 20's. I'm now 40. I've taken medications for 7yrs which kept the loss at bay until recently, I've now added Rogaine & finastride. I'll be getting married in 8 months & I'd like to increase my chances of having fuller/thicker hair by then. 1) What is the probability that PRP will be an effective treatment for me to see results in 8 months? 2) Is there a risk of shock/hair loss after treatment? 3) Which type of PRP would be most effective for my situation?
