Thank you for your question. In my opinion you should do well with PRP treatment . But again PRP with A Cell is not enough , you need to take proper supplements + green tea extract  and follow extensive  PRP Hair treatment protocol.

Based on your photos and description PRP will not give you the results you are looking for.The only way to significantly increase the hair density in that area would be with a transplant.

In my opinion there is no need to add A cell to PRP.  When adding A cell there is additional trauma and the possibility of swelling and more downtime. In addition there is an additional  possibility for a  allergic reaction as well as  shock loss from the pressure of the extra A cell. We've...

In my opinion, you may have had a shock loss due to the excessive pressure on the hair follicles from the A cell and stem cells. It is not dependent upon the frequency of the treatment. Find a PRP expert. PRPHAIRMD.COM
