It’s been four months since I had my hair transplant with Dr. Ziering, and I could not be more obsessed with the results. My hairline is already looking amazing – the growth is coming in naturally, and the density is fantastic. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

But the real MVPs are his team. Seriously, they are everything. Jen Amato was with me every step of the way throughout my journey. Heather, Marc, the squad at the front desk, and all the magical MAs & techs – everyone introduced themselves and made me feel like a person, rather than a medical chart. No rushed approach, just pure, personalized, "we got you" energy. My professional background is in medical aesthetics, so believe me when I say this vibe is a unicorn within this industry.

Mary especially was a total badass, and she made sure I was comfy, and checked in constantly. It's clear that Jen runs a well-oiled machine with a dream team that genuinely wanted me to be happy with my results. They didn't just ace the patient experience; they WROTE the textbook, darling!

If my results are this natural only four months out, then I’m thrilled to continue seeing my full results in the coming months. If you want top-notch hair restoration (and to feel like you're hanging with your coolest friends), the team at Ziering Medical are the only answer. That’s just tea. Highly recommend! Great experience. Procedure went very smoothly. Great team, shoutout to Dr. Calder, Heather, and Isabella for guiding me through the process. Surgery was totally painless, food was great, atmosphere we phenomenal.

Let me start by saying that I am a transgender woman. Having a hairline which was partially destroyed kept me looking super clocky. The recent battle with cancer as well as somehow keeping extensions in the whole time didn't help at all. I beat the cancer and my first move once my oncologist gave me the all clear was to schedule a hair transplant for myself.

I went to a number of doctors in NYC. Dr Ziering was by far the most experienced with girls like me. He and his staff exude the type of quiet confidence you want to see in a surgeon of any speciality. They were very good about making sure my expectations were realistic as well. He happened to have a couple of open slots, one of which I took. It was December during the first year of the COVID pandemic, so I imagine things were slower than normal.

The anaesthetic injections were INCREDIBLY painful for me. They had pronox available, which I hit about as hard as I could throughout the process of injecting my scalp with anaesthesia. I feel like I might be an outlier as far as sensitivity to pain goes and I'll leave it at that.

Once anaesthetized my scalp stayed numb into the next day, however. Drs Ziering and Kinler alongside their staff performed FUT on me. The removal of the strip of hair is . . . something I'm glad I got to experience (oddly enough). After getting stitched up I proceeded to nap until I was woken up for lunch. After that I was pretty much asleep except for bathroom breaks until near the very end of the procedure.

The staff were great all day. They were respectful towards me and I didn't once hear myself getting misgendered (the fact that this is even notable is a sad commentary on our society but for real the staff was fantastic). I am now 4 months post procedure and am loving that I can finally see results (it takes up to a year to see how it came out). I am SO glad I did this and doubly glad I went with this provider. I wholeheartedly recommend these surgeons - especially if you are a woman of trans experience.

I have been researching hair transplants for three years and finally pulled the trigger on Saturday with Dr. Craig Ziering at his Los Angeles office I couldn’t of been happier with this entire team, everything went super Smooth there was relatively no pain and they took excellent care of me. I cold not be any happier! This was life changing, no more hats and I actually have hair to style. I am amazed how perfect everything came out. Thanks to Dr Ziering and his team. Clearly you can tell which pictures are before and which are now.

I received a hair transplant in NYC and was impressed by the work of Dr. Ziering and Dr. Kinler; the hospitality and kindness of his medical technicians; and the knowledge and confidence that Jen, his medical coordinator, exudes. I am so happy to have found a clinic who not only values your hair goals, but values you as a person. I will admit that I was nervous to receive this procedure, but Dr. Ziering's compassionate staff made sure I was comfortable and well educated prior to the surgery. I even requested a "hand holder" to calm my nerves and two ladies volunteered!
It is obvious that Dr. Ziering is a professional, a businessman, but most importantly, an artist. I put full faith into Dr. Ziering and allowed him to draw on a hairline that best suited my face shape. This procedure took many long and dedicated hours and every single staff member gave 110% effort and made sure that the hair transplant was done right! I will always recommend Dr. Ziering and his staff to anyone who has concerns about their hair.

Disclaimer: I am a 23 year old female with a naturally high hairline with no thinning or balding of my hair. I received a hair transplant to lower my hairline and to make my face more proportional.

I am 2 weeks removed from surgery so I cannot speak to the results yet but the professionalism was off the charts. They take incredible care of you from start to finish from the environment, providing entertainment while you are having the procedure, a great lunch, snacks, everything to ensure your comfort. Their aftercare has been fantastic too. The doctor himself was great and took the time to answer any and all questions. He also is clearly at the top of his profession. I was very comfortable that I had picked the right guy.

Just got home from n eyebrow transplant I had today. It took all day but overall good experience. My eyes are a bit swollen and the hairs are. But long right now but once I heal I’ll be able to trim them down. Some minimal discomfort on my scalp where they took the donor hair. I am taking prednisone for swelling, antibiotics to keep infection away and Vicodin for pain. These pictures are day 1. Willpost more as the days pass!

Went back in for light therapy took 20 min. A light was put on my eyebrows to help speed up healing. The MA did a eyebrow and suture wash and sent me home with more aftercare instructions. Some eye bruising day 2 but I’m keeping up with the prednisone to reduce inflammation and using the ice pack every few hours.

Eyebrows are full and I do not need to use a pencil anymore. They grow super fast and have to trim them weekly! Very happy with results!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dr. Ziering and his entire team. From the consultation, to the scheduling, to the actual day of the procedure, and the follow ups...everything was handled as professionally as possible. The procedure went perfectly. I was made to feel as comfortable as possible, and completely at ease. The result? I can't even begin to describe how happy I am with the result. If you're considering any kind of hair loss procedure, do yourself the service of meeting Dr. Ziering. You'll be thrilled that you did.

I am very satisfied with Dr Ziering, I will recommend his clinic to anybody in search for a hair transplant. It is not a cheap but I think he is one of the best, I did a lot of research before doing it and I honestly guarantee it worth every cent.

Excellent experience! Dr. Ziering is an amazing and innovative doctor. His staff is knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. I have been in communication with Carl for all my followups and he has been an incredible help. He is simple the best and a great pleasure to work with through this who process.
