Two small fat pockets after rhinoplasty. Do I have to get surgery again?

I had a rhinoplasty that I'm completely unsatisfied with I had in June of 2022. It's over a year and I'm not satisfied at all. I would like to know why those fat pockets haven't went away. Do I have to get surgery again?

There are usually no fat pockets in a nose so it would be helpful to post photos to better understand your situation.  Since it has been over a year there is no swelling and a revision is likely needed.

Thank you for your question.As far as I can understand from your question.it is not possible to make an assessment without seeing your photos.If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. I’m not sure what you’re expecting to hear back from your post? To make an assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
