Two small fat pockets after rhinoplasty. Do I have to get surgery again?

I had a rhinoplasty that I'm completely unsatisfied with I had in June of 2022. It's over a year and I'm not satisfied at all. I would like to know why those fat pockets haven't went away. Do I have to get surgery again?

Based on your photos, you have a nice result after rhinoplasty. Over the first year or two, the tip can lose support, but so far, it looks good. Be sure to keep following up with your surgeon so you can have it evaluated.
