You should find out if you had a cartilage graft on your tip. That might be what the bump is and it’s simple enough to remove the graft.
That little bump will probably be a fold of the underlying lower lateral cartilage, called a "bossa".It is of no importance.It is barely noticeable on the photos that you have shown.It is probably something you can feel and not see, unless someone looks closely, and no-one looks that closely up your nostrils!Trying to remove it can create a hollow instead, and it shouldn't get worse now, since it hqas been a year since your Rhinoplasty.

It looks like you have mild tip asymmetry, which may or may not be as a result of your procedure. All people have facial asymmetry.
