6 months post op, concerned about asymmetry / uneven nostrils. Will this subside or should I consider a revision? (photos)

I had a rhinoplasty 6 months ago, main reason I wanted to do it was for the frontal view of my nose, I had a bulbous tip and deep radix so I chose my doctor based on that. However, my nose looks lopsided from the front and as if it was drooping on one side, my nostrils are uneven. My doctor did say it would take a while to see my final result due to my thick skin. But I just feel upset right now. So I just want to know if this is normal and temporary or if I will need a revision to fix this.
