My nose gets big when I smile, what can I do? (Photo)

Question

I have a quite normal size nose and overall happy with the shape but when I smile it gets very big and it's very expandable, what can I do about this problem ?

You're a beautiful young lady, and if you're overall happy with the appearance of your nose, please do not do rhinoplasty for your singular concern. Everyone's nose gets wider with smiling, and yours doesn't look unusually wide, in my opinion. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

I recommend you rhinoplasty surgery.If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. You have a beautiful smile. I don’t think you really need anything. However a simple alarplasty  would narrow your nostril base a bit in a way that might correct what bothers you. It’s simple and can be done under local anesthesia

Alarplasty is the best solution
Alarplasty is a very fine and quick procedure that can narrow the nostrils and reduce the flare to soften the appearance. It has other names as well like ‘Weir Excisions’ or ‘Nostril Reduction’.
