DCF vs Rib rhino - which procedure would give minimal complications while addressing wide nasal bones and bulbous tip? (photos)

lglarracas
I am a young filipino woman with thick skin, wide nasal bones a bulbous tip. I want to procedure that will give me close to zero risk of complications. I was leaning to getting a rib rhinoplasty overseas but I'm worried about warping. Is dcf + rib the better choice, I have also heard it has complications of its own? Would getting an osteotomy, tiplasty, and possible alarplasty from the inside be a better option for me? My bridge may not need augmentation.
