That is the junction between the bones and cartilage. It appears that your nasal bones are pretty wide. Rebreaking the bones and narrowing the nose would help.

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo the bump on your nose bridge can be a misplaced cartilage. You need to talk about it with your surgeon. He can give you the most accurate information about it. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Looking at the photo, I can see the bump on the side edge of nasal bone. This is unlikely to go away on its own and can be corrected with revision surgery. In addition, sinking was observed on the Rt side of upper lateral cartilage region, just below the caudal margin of Rt. nasal bone. This is called inverted V-deformity. This also seems to require spreader graft using cartilage to move out sunken structure.

In general, if a bump appears many months after rhinoplasty, it's due to swelling resolution. In that regard, many small nasal bumps may be permanently camouflaged with microdroplet Silikon1000, a permanent soft tissue filler. An examination would be necessary to determine your candidacy. Unfortunately bumps on the bridge of the nose after rhinoplasty is not uncommon. This can occur after the swelling goes down. Right after the rhinoplasty surgery, there will be enough swelling in the skin to miss a bump, especially if it is smaller. Your situation might be due to a cartilage reaction or something we call a bony callus. You should definitely contact your surgeon. He might offer to fix the problem with a simple file or a small revision surgery. Good luck with everything.

From your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for revision. The nasal bones seem a bit wide, and they may not have healed ideally after the first surgery. A revision can usually make a nice improvement and bumps can be shaved down too. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

The top of your nose, where it's made of bone, looks wide on the frontal view. When you turn your nose from frontal to a 3/4 view, excess *width* turns into looking like a *bump*. Seems pretty clear to me that the problem is that the nasal bones are positioned too wide for the rest of the contour of your nose, and the solution would be to narrow those bones appropriately.
Remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. Most plastic surgeons don't possess true expertise in rhinoplasty. For most noses, it's much better to not have surgery than to have inexpertly-performed surgery. The bump may have slowly become noticeable as surrounding swelling of the nasal dorsum and middle third has slowly dissipated during this healing process. It would be unlikely to be truly growing since you didn't note any trauma to the region.
