In my professional opinion you may benefit from closed atraumatic rhinoplasty which can address your concern in the least invasive way without cutting the tip of the nose. Additionally, your nose can be straightened and the tip can be reduced and defined and if you have any functional issues, they can also be addressed at the same time. It is possible to correct it. The majority of our patients with rhinoplasty request surgery because they have curved noses.

A rhinoplasty to just reshape your tip cartilages would be ideal. I believe the issue is your medial crura which are prominent and slightly asymmetric. With sutures this can be corrected.

Based on your photos, you appear to have thin nasal skin, a wide and slightly crooked tip, and a small profile bump. The ONLY way to achieve a definitive answer to your question is to be examined. A deviated nasal septum may lead to a crooked nasal appearance, and the only way to know is to be examined by a reputable rhinoplasty specialist. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph

Very often the lower edge of the septal cartilage pokes to one side or the other making the columella crooked. It appears that is you case with you. Simply shortening the caudal septum several millimeters will help. Some surgeons try to straighten the cartilage with grafts. That’s the complicated way. Just snip off the lower edge of cartilage.

Photos are a poor substitute for an in-person exam, but it appears that you may benefit from a rhinoplasty procedure if you would like to change the appearance of your nasal tip and columella. It is difficult to see the columella in these photos, usually it requires a "worms-eye" camera angle, looking up. Take care.

There appears to be asymmetry of the lower lateral cartilages of your nasal tip. Freeing these from their attachments to each other and the septum and securing them in a symmetric fashion may be all that is necessary. If your septum is deviated caudally (towards the end) that should be repaired at the same time.
