I recently just finished my boxing career and wanted to get my nose fixed . My nose got messed up in a match and has looked like this ever since. About a year ago I had a septoplasty but it didn’t change the nostril asymmetry .

Hi It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss the surgical procedure and the post op recovery process.
Hello and thank you for your question. It sounds like your concerns are the dorsal hump, breathing issues, and the shape of your nose. Addressing the dorsal hump and the shape of the nose (particularly the nasal tip) are 2 of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty....
I often perform lower and/or upper eyelid surgery and rhinoplasty in combination. However, the rhinoplasty procedure should be performed quite atraumatic to minimize periorbital edema and ecchymosis and not to decrease the healing capacity of eyelids.
