I’m 14 months post op. At 8 months I had an alar reduction with ear graft and one graft is visible still. Nostrils are uneven and oddly shaped and overall my nose is so bulbous and wide with no definition where the nostrils are. I would like revision surgery but worry I have thick skin and will I continue to be chasing a continual skin swelling problem. It does seem to be more swollen now than months ago. No Kenalog injections for probably five months prior to the photo which is recent.
