Revision of a revision - can it be corrected again? (Photo)

Question

I had rhinoplasty surgery and I loved my nose but it was very crooked. You could see it and it really showed on the iPhone and not my Droid. My surgeon redid my nose and I asked him to keep my nose the same size but straighten it. He didn't do what I asked and now I hate my nose. Can it be corrected, yet again?

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your frontal view only photographs, there appears to be some nostril asymmetry in the soft triangles after your second surgery.   It would be important to further determine what bothers you and then an operative plan could be made to help.   I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
