I’ve had a rhinoplasty in the past, but because my alars are uneven and one is more thick than the other nose looks asymmetric from the front. Would alarplasty solve my problem and improve the symmetry? I know there’s a procedure to reduce the thickness of the alar itself but that not many surgeons attemp it because of risks. I would be willing to asume the risks, would that procedure help my case?

Hello and thank you for your question. Since you anre only two months postop, I would definitely recommend waiting longer. You at least can start doing consults for a revision at six months postop. Depending on exactly what the issue is some surgeons will recommend waiting one year for surgery...
Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for revision. The bump can be taken down, and the tip lifted and refined. It is very important to find an expert rhinoplasty surgeon for consultation because it's not an easy case. But a great improvement is certainly possible.
