What can be causing my asymmetrical bridge slope and what can be done to correct it? (photos)

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you appear to have collapse of the mid vault at the bony cartilage junction caused by your surgery. This can be corrected with spreader grafts and perhaps a facsial onlay graft. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
