What can be causing my asymmetrical bridge slope and what can be done to correct it? (photos)

Hello doctor, I feel like the slope of my nose bridge left and right is different, what causing it? First photo is my nose now after rhinoplasty, second photo my original nose.

Based on your photo, I do not think that shaving the bone down is a good idea. Your nasal tip lacks projection which can be nicely improved with rhinoplasty. Hello and thank you for your question. Since you anre only two months postop, I would definitely recommend waiting longer. You at least can start doing consults for a revision at six months postop. Depending on exactly what the issue is some surgeons will recommend waiting one year for surgery...

If the only issue with your nose was the indentation in your tip, microdroplets Silikon 1000 could be considered for filling it permanently. Your profile however reveals a persistent dorsal hump and a very droopy tip appearance. Unfortunately, those two issues would require surgery for a repair....
