I am a 19 year old black female who got a rhinoplasty in turkey and I am devastated with my results. My nose is too narrow, upturned and small for my face and I appear uncanny now. I’d like to reverse as much of what was done to my nose to restore width and cartilage back to my nose

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision to restore a more natural appearance of your nose.  This typically involves release of all scar tissue, placement of extended spreader grafts to derotate your tip, and nasal tip deprojection.   I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
