Can my rhinoplasty results be reversed? Hoping to restore width and cartilage (photos)

I am a 19 year old black female who got a rhinoplasty in turkey and I am devastated with my results. My nose is too narrow, upturned and small for my face and I appear uncanny now. I’d like to reverse as much of what was done to my nose to restore width and cartilage back to my nose
