I have a very assymetrical face in a way that it is very obvious, including my eyes, and i really want to do something about it, i don't like the way my eyes look like but i prefer the left one, i've already tried botox and it didn't work for me, i'd be more than happy to have new suggestions (my photos are attached)
Answer: Botox is not going to fix this. You need a very detailed, in person assessment. The left eyebrow compensatory elevation is in response to the small amount of left upper eyelid ptosis. Most eyelid experts you will either won't want to operate on this difference or will offer you a left Müllerectomy. That is the most popular ptosis surgery. It will not be right for you. You likely have a partial levator disinsertion. The Müllerectomy in my opinion is not strong enough for these situations. What we are looking for is a correction that is strong enough to allow the eyebrow to relax down to a more natural position. I would perform an anterior lavator resection ptosis surgery. Blepharoplasty is the wrong surgery for you. Don't let a bozo fill your upper eyelid fold with fillers--this is not going to help. Your eyes can be your best feature.

Answer: Non-Surgical Chemical Brow Lift for Eyelid Rejuvenation -- add Ultherapy, Thread Lifting, RF Skin Tightening, Laser Treatments As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Fox eye surgery and implants Hello. First of all, you need to start by ensuring the symmetry of your eyebrows. Then you need to do fox eye surgery and implant or fill to support the bone skeleton on the small side. The asymmetry you mentioned is not only related to soft tissue, there should be serious asymmetry in your bone skeleton. This cannot be corrected only with eye and eyebrow surgeries. Therefore, you also need procedures such as implants and filling. I’m the only triple board-certified facial plastic surgeon all around Europe. I’m just focused on this issue. I am a doctor who goes to almost every country in the world and explains my techniques to important doctors with the seminar invitations I receive, so I am definitely the only doctor who can perform your operation very comfortably and successfully. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile (+90 539 204 40 90). You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. With all respect.
