For several decades already fillers have been used to to treat tear trough issues & bags. I personally have been doing so for over thirty years. The proper choice of a robust HA filler, in the proper amount, placed in the appropriate location of the upper cheek (an area that provides support to the under eye area--much the way the foundation of a house supports the overlying structure) not only can nonsurgically help to recontour the cheek itself, but secondarily improve the overlying under eye (infraorbital region). And should it still be necessary a less robust, more cohesive HA filler may be used directly into the infrarorbital regions to "fine tune" the under eye results. An added benefit is that the treatment results are typically immediate and so often elicit an immediate "Wow!" reaction. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and be sure to ask to see his/her personal befores and afters prior to agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.
You would be a candidate for lower lid blepharoplasty with fat transposition. This would move the fat from the lower lid to the tear trough to create a smooth transition from the lid to cheek. Best to see an eyelid expert.
Hello. Due to the downward sagging of the mid-face area, the fat bags under your eyes are very visible. The mid-face and lower eyelid transition can be corrected by fat repositioning. However, it would be even better to perform lower eyelid surgery together with mid-face lift. I’m the only triple board-certified facial plastic surgeon all around Europe. I’m just focused on this issue. I am a doctor who goes to almost every country in the world and explains my techniques to important doctors with the seminar invitations I receive, so I am definitely the only doctor who can perform your operation very comfortably and successfully. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile (+90 539 204 40 90). You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. With all respect.
You have neither fluid retention or excess fat in your under eye area. What you have is volume loss of the malar area. Treatment is volume replacement with a filler or fat. However, the majority of injectors do this improperly. You need a heavy filler placed below the orbital ligament on the bone or muscle. Choose your injector carefully.
Hello @Qweqwe123097, thank you for your question. It is important to remember that we aren't completely equal on both sides; there are always some differences that may or may not be noticeable. Having said that, I suggest that you consult in person to really analyze if it's best treat with non...
Hello @Magical443550, thank you for your question. The use of general anesthesia by parenteral route may be indicated depending on the results of the analytical tests. You can also think about improving the buttock with TID in your surgical plan. To obtain more information and recommendations,...
The eye area needs significant combinations to get improvement. Lasers like erbium, co2, halo, profractional/contour, or Fraxel can all be used to build collagen long term. Plasma pen is a newer less invasive option but will take many treatments and require proper skincare. Plasma Pen is focused...
