How can I improve my sunken eyelid? (Photo)

I have sunken eye lid and I would like to try to correct the corner at least because is very visible in the corner of one eye . If not with surgery any chance to improve this ? If I need surgery I have heart is challenging as I have hallow and remove excess skin will not help much also need fat graft .I need helloo from and expert
