Is it possible to affect the sinus cavity when doing a lower bleph with fat repositioning on the lower eye lids?

I've had sinus pressure on one side of my face after lower beloved with fat repositioning . Is it possible to affect the sinuses with this surgery? The sutures were right over my sinus area .

The Asian eyelid is beautiful. If you prefer the left monolid, I suggest adding volume to the right superior orbit. Either filler or fat can be used.
