It’s been over 2.5 years since the last rhinoplasty revision. I am wondering if it is okay to try plasma fibroblast pen to tighten the skin above the tip (supratip). When I pull the skin back with my hand, it the nose shape looks so much better. The heaviness of the loose skin creates weird shadows and the tip seems droopy. Would love to try this to tighten the supratip skin but unsure if it is safe due to prior surgery. Thank you!
