Is it okay to do plasma fibroblast pen after revision rhinoplasty to help tighten skin?

Please consider reposting your question with photographs. I suspect that you are seeing droopiness, and this is not likely due to the skin on your nose. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your description, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty to help this area. The skin tightening is not likely going to solve this issue. With good surgical technique, you could likely have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Plasma treatments can be effective in certain areas, particularly where the skin is very thin—such as the type of skin around the eyes—but unfortunately, they aren’t suitable for reshaping or lifting the nose tip.
The skin over the nose tip and supratip area is quite thick, and after surgery or trauma, this area often develops swelling that can harden into fibrous or scar tissue over time. Plasma can’t effectively treat this type of tissue, and in some cases, it could even cause more harm than good.
To truly reshape or lift the nasal tip, only surgical intervention can provide reliable, controlled results. While non-surgical options are appealing, it’s important to match the treatment to the area and tissue type to ensure the safest and most effective outcome.
