I am one year post op from revision surgery and have a noticeable 'hump' on one side. When I press it in, it goes in quite a bit and looks how I want it to. I am unsure if it is cartlidge or scar tissue. The opposite side looks fine. Is it possible to reduce it without another surgery, such as steroid injection, and would this be safe? The thought of a third surgery concerns me in safeness and cost. Pic 1 is current and Pic 2 is when pressed in. Thank you
