Lower facelift + closed rhinoplasty + tummy tuck - Okay to go to the same surgeon and do these together?

That set of procedures involves a painful procedure (Tummy Tuck), a procedure that will eliminate your ability to breathe nasally short term, and an extensive facial procedure. Although I do not perform tummy tucks, I would not agree to do a rhinoplasty and facelift with another Surgeon performing the tummy tuck. This set of procedures, when performed correctly, would require too much operative time, present undue risk, and represent a difficult recovery. That's two separate days of surgeries.

Undergoing multiple procedures in one surgery reduces the number of recovery periods. the procedures you mentioned above are the most common combining procedures in plastic surgery so it’s safe to combine the desired procedures. Going to the same doctor for all 3surgeries or only one depends on which doctor you will meet. Most surgeons perform all surgeries also most perform 1 or 2. So before you consult, search about doctor's professionalism and before and after. That might help you while you consider the surgery.

The safe operation time for cosmetic surgery is 6 hours. It is possible to do all 3 procedures in that time period.
