Lower facelift + closed rhinoplasty + tummy tuck - Okay to go to the same surgeon and do these together?

That set of procedures involves a painful procedure (Tummy Tuck), a procedure that will eliminate your ability to breathe nasally short term, and an extensive facial procedure. Although I do not perform tummy tucks, I would not agree to do a rhinoplasty and facelift with another Surgeon performing the tummy tuck. This set of procedures, when performed correctly, would require too much operative time, present undue risk, and represent a difficult recovery. That's two separate days of surgeries.

The safe operation time for cosmetic surgery is 6 hours. It is possible to do all 3 procedures in that time period.

Undergoing multiple procedures in one surgery reduces the number of recovery periods. the procedures you mentioned above are the most common combining procedures in plastic surgery so it’s safe to combine the desired procedures. Going to the same doctor for all 3surgeries or only one depends on which doctor you will meet. Most surgeons perform all surgeries also most perform 1 or 2. So before you consult, search about doctor's professionalism and before and after. That might help you while you consider the surgery.

Trying to perform all three of those surgeries at one time is probably a bit too much, but it's also important to ask your prospective surgeon how long of time it's going to take to accomplish all three procedures. You may not be a candidate for outpatient surgery, and might have to be admitted to a hospital. Probably best to do the closed rhinoplasty and lower face neck lift as one surgical procedure, wait about a month and then you can undergo the tummy tuck procedure. In our practice, a lower face and neck lift with a closed rhinoplasty would take about 3 1/2 hours under general anesthesia. Closed rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult procedures to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery, so choose your rhinoplasty specialist wisely, based on extensive experience producing natural results
