Lower face looks heavier. Are there any other options? (Photo)

Hello, hope you are well. Thank you for posting your photos and questions! I would advise against a mini facelift--the trade-off of scarring for a small reduction in skin laxity is not worth it. Fillers will add volume to your lower face, and thus not a good idea because it will worsen the appearance of heaviness. The best option in my opinion would be a minimally invasive radiofrequency energy-based procedure like FaceTite/NeckTite, likely with micro-liposuction under the jawline. There are no scars, the procedure can be performed in the office under local anesthesia, and the downtime is minimal. Additional treatments of Morpheus8 (RF microneedling) would help as well.

Hi from Istanbul! A temporal facelift is the solution to address the problems you're having. This procedure involves a subtle 3 cm incision within the hairline, through which the mid-face, temple area, and eyebrow can be lifted. It's a technique I often recommend for younger patients who feel their facial contour has altered. Although 28 is relatively young for a facelift, the temporal facelift focuses on restoring a natural, youthful appearance. Best of luck on your journey.

The fillers have created a crease above your upper lip. This could be improved by stopping the fillers and possibly undergoing a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

You might consider removing some buccal fart which would thin your face. I do think it would be premature to do a facelift.

Based on these photos it doesn’t look that you would have any benefits of face lift. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon would give you an opportunity to discuss your other options. Good luck.

I appreciate your concerns, however, initial examination of your photographs demonstrate that you have a very attractive face. it appears from your photos and your young age that mini facelift is not an option for you.
However, if you are concerned about your lower face and jawline, micro liposuction, utilizing very small, cannulas along the jawline and lower face will contour and define the areas more succinctly, and may address your concerns.
