Two years post rhinoplasty - Will this lump on my nose ever go away? (Photos)

I had rhinoplasty well over two years ago and I still have a lump on one side of my nose. My clinic told me to try using retinoid cream which I have been doing for a year now, but the lump is still there- it looks worse when I smile. Is there anything more I can do? As a last result will revision Rhinoplasty help? I don’t want to have to, but the lump really frustrates me- not sure if it’s truama related / scarring as it won’t Go!
