I am having breathing and cosmetic issues eight months after rhinoplasty - should I consider a revision? (Photos)

I had rhinoplasty and alrplasty 8 months ago. I still have difficulty breathing and after 3 months on steroid nasal spray, I was prescribed it again. I can’t see a visible slope and tip seems too low, nostrils too wide and tip too wiee- it is still hard and the sides alonf the tip.
