Do I need a tip revision or would filler be sufficient? (Photos)

I‘m 17 months post op after a primary rhinoplasty. My nose was perfect until a dent in the center of the tip appeared around 14 months post op. I didn’t have a dent or groove in my nose prior to surgery which makes this even more disappointing and distracting. (My profile still looks great apart from the flat tip at the 3/4 profile view.)
