Is it possible to reverse osteotomies and bring nasal bones back to their original position?

zingorrFeb 19, 2026

My nasal bones were brought too close by two osteotomies on each side, my hump was also shaven down too much making my bridge too small for my face. Is it possible to bring my nasal bones back to their original position? I am a year over my rhinoseptoplasty with rib graft used, my surgeon used piezo ultrasonic osteotomes so my idea is that maybe it could be used in the same osteotomy lines I have now, bring bones back where they were and somehow fix them there so they wouldn’t migrate, but I doubt it is possible by a single revision surgery... Thank you in advance for your answers!
