Firm bumps on temples 1 year after endoscopic brow lift - how can these be treated? (Photo)

Hello, I had an endoscopic broody done October of 2024. And since then I noticed that after the swelling subsided I ended up with two firm lumps on both sides of my temples. What can I do to treat these lumps? They’re firm and do not move I can feel when I’m pressing down on them. I was considering steroid injections for them. Please advise.

You have facial and brow asymmetry. You would benefit from a browlift on both side. This will lower the hairline on the receding side and raise the brow on the lower side. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

It could be that you need a revision, but it could be that this is how your brows are and they were masked by falling a bit. An evaluation will help determine.

A brow/forehead lift and upper bleph would be great to help with the eye area but they won't get rid of hte lines alone. You will need to continue to do botox and good skincare.
