I am getting a rhino done soon to fix dorsal hump/improve crooked nose and I am wondering if it would be worthwhile to do an eyebrow lift for the one side to even out my eye lid shape. I am trying to make my face more symmetrical as it is a bit uneven.

I have to warn you, you do not have a crooked nose, it is perfectly aligned with the main axis of your slightly and naturally asymmetrical face, this can't be corrected, don't accept promises of alignment that won't be fulfilled; just happens one half of your nose is smaller than the other.

Regarding the brows, they may benefit from a custom desing asymmetrical forehead-eyebrow lift, so that the level of both brows is better balanced; using short scars at the temple are, never endoscopic, never hairline incision, supraperiosteal (never subperiosteal), never with anchor threads.

You have facial and brow asymmetry.  You would benefit from a browlift on both side.  This will lower the hairline on the receding side and raise the brow on the lower side.

Considering asymmetry of your brows it appears that unilateral endoscopic brow lift with scars hidden in the hair would be an option to consider. In person or teleconference consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in this area is recommended. Good luck.

Thanks for sharing your photo. Some facial asymmetry is natural and common. A brow lift on one side can help even out your eyelid shape if it’s something that bothers you.
Since you’re having a rhinoplasty soon, it’s good to consider how both procedures will work together. I recommend an in-person evaluation to assess the asymmetry and discuss your goals before deciding.
There are different brow lift options, from non-surgical to surgical, depending on what suits you best.

Hello! Thanks for sharing your concerns. To explain the asymmetry of the upper face, we have to separate in 2 components: The shape and position of underlying bony and eye structures and the skin and muscles on top of it. From this limited POV I would say that most of the difference is due to where your orbits (eye sockets) are located and the shape of the overlying bone underneath the brow. 
While modifying the position of the brow could improve to some degree the asymmetry, I would advice trying less invasive interventions before commiting to a unilateral brow lift to give you an idea of how it could look. A meticulous aesthetic provider can design a very customized neurotoxin application to balance your brows. If you like it (or not), you can use it to make a better decision on a surgical Lateral brow lift.
