You have facial and brow asymmetry. You would benefit from a browlift on both side. This will lower the hairline on the receding side and raise the brow on the lower side.

Considering asymmetry of your brows it appears that unilateral endoscopic brow lift with scars hidden in the hair would be an option to consider. In person or teleconference consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in this area is recommended. Good luck.

Thanks for sharing your photo. Some facial asymmetry is natural and common. A brow lift on one side can help even out your eyelid shape if it’s something that bothers you.

To explain the asymmetry of the upper face, we have to separate in 2 components: The shape and position of underlying bony and eye structures and the skin and muscles on top of it. From this limited POV I would say that most of the difference is due to where your orbits (eye sockets) are located and the shape of the overlying bone underneath the brow.
While modifying the position of the brow could improve to some degree the asymmetry, I would advice trying less invasive interventions before commiting to a unilateral brow lift to give you an idea of how it could look. If you like it (or not), you can use it to make a better decision on a surgical Lateral brow lift.
