While the results of fat transfer to the breast can vary depending on the individual characteristics of the patient, I generally tell my patients that they can expect to maintain approximately 1/2 to 1 full cup size increase long term. This depends on not only how much donor fat can be harvested for grafting, but also how much recipient tissue you have to accept the graft. Based on your pictures, I would judge that you are currently a small B cup and would likely be able to achieve a full B or small C with 1 round of fat grafting. In order to meet your expectations of a full C/D cup, an implant would be a much more predictable option. Hope this helps!

In general, fat transfer to the breast will primarily fill your breast out as they are. To achieve the size you are wanting, it is likely not possible with that transfer alone.

To be sure, I recommend that you have an in person consultation with two or more experienced board-certified plastic surgeons in your area.

It is very likely that you need enlargement of 250-300 ml. to achieve desired cups size. This will, most likely, need 2 surgeries, 8-12 months appart. Considering your shape and size, you are ideal candidate for breast augmentation with implants. Good luck.
