2 months is enough time to do fat transfer to the face after rhinoplsty; perhaps even earlier. The swelling in the cheeks should be pretty much gone by then.

I'd wait until all the swelling has resolved. This is usually about 6 months with a revision rhinoplasty.

It depends where you want it. If you want it around your eyes, you would need to wait around 2 months for the swelling to go down but otherwise I would say around 6 weeks.

It is important that you go to a person who has an excellent eye and shares your vision for an excellent final result.
