Hello jetor. I'm sorry to hear how much money you've spent and treatments/etc. to try to work on your eyes. It seems that you may have been mislead by whoever you've consulted with - to me, it is very obvious that the issue is that your fat pads under your eyes (which we all have) have popped through and are causing the bags and subsequent hollowing underneath. The only treatment for this is surgery (lower blepharoplasty), not any of the other treatments you've tried. Good luck!
