Hi. I got fat graft 7 monts ago , but all gone like nothing happened. My dide is totaly different. I was thinking about I get macslift or go back to get second ft graft. I dont know what to do, i had bad experience with fillers couple years ago. Any advice? Macs lift or second ft? Thanks

a well done fat transfer should last about 5 years.  If you feel it hasn't then I'd request your before and after photos and that would show the results.

Most patients require two sessions a Fat Grafting to the face to accomplish the ultimate goal that they are looking for. Additionally, fat grafting is performed in different ways, and depending on which technique is used many times determines the quantity of fat that lives per session. My personal preference is that using the LipoCube for all of my Fat Grafting cases.
