Hello, I had a breast augmentation 3 months ago, going on 4 months now. I was told by my surgeon that I had asymmetry and he had to place two different size implants left: 440cc right: 370cc. So I was told to be patient and that they would drop and be symmetrical at 3 months. I’m at 3 months and well one breast is bigger then the other and I’m not sure if this normal. I don’t like the look of the breast implants so far and I’m afraid I’m may need a revision because it was not done correctly.

Yes, it is ethical, but not always the best. If the implants were carefully kept sterile, then they can be adjusted in size and reinserted. This of course, saves money. If you had thick capsules, it is best to get new implants to minimize infection. Your implants would not be used on another...
Although your one photo is limited, your implants are probably now too large for your tissue. You may need to go down in size, have the lateral pockets tightened, and perhaps have a lift. Some fat could be transferred to help fill in the gap, but fat alone will not completely fix the problem....
