Can it be capsular contracture if it’s moved up an inch in a year but still doesn’t feel too firm? (Photos)

Lot of asymmetry. Left breast was revised for capsulectomy with galaflex. After capsulectomy it was as low as the right but slowly over year and half it keeps moving up and now is about an inch higher and rounder. Is the right dropped too much and has very thin capsule the issue or does the left needs to be revised again. Can it be capsular contracture if it’s moved up an inch in a year but still doesn’t feel too firm. Does strattice work better than galaflex at keeping capsule soft?
