Hello, I upsized breast implants from 360cc to 560cc. I was curious to know how difficult it is to downsize breast implants by 200cc with pocket tightening? (no lift) Also is the cost to do so generally a lot more than an initial breast augmentation or are the costs similar if using same surgeon for revision? Additionally, is there more down time required recovery wise since the procedure will involve pocket modification? Thank you

You may have an infection and need to be seen immediately and placed on antibiotics. Do not delay, or the implant may need to be removed. Have you had a recent dental appointment or infection elsewhere?
Usually, 150 cc's give an increase of 1 cup. With the lift, excess skin is being removed, so you may drop down to a D cup. I doubt you will be any smaller unless you have a great deal of excess skin. If you want to be a C cup, you might consider going smaller. Your surgeon can best guide you...
